We hope you are starting off the new year refreshed and looking forward to spring. We recently concluded our three-day summit conference. We met in St. Augustine, FL, bringing together 120 people representing our top school and sports studios from across the country to discuss, innovate, and forge connections. And we wanted to share with you the inspiring highlights and accomplishments that emerged during this special event.
Themes and Topics:
The summit delved into cutting-edge developments, including the introduction of new H&H technology for workflow and sales, called imago. We brainstormed innovative packaging and delivery options, received leadership training tailored for small businesses with family members, and explored the role of AI in our industry, posing essential questions for both studio operators and AI providers. The discussions also covered cyber security in light of RFPs and we prioritized future product and service developments based on what would help our customers the most.
Challenges and Opportunities:
The summit tackled opportunities in leveraging technology and lean processes to reduce labor, fostering scalable and growing businesses. Opportunities explored included AI technologies for labor reduction and heightened awareness of cyber security scenarios.
Interactive Sessions and Networking:
Engagement was key with workshops, group discussions, and roundtables focusing on unique challenges faced by businesses, facilitating openly shared tips for growth. Each day concluded with dedicated time for networking, fostering connections and shared experiences among attendees.
New Products and Features:
Major software developments were unveiled. The first was imago, our groundbreaking app that offers intelligent and modern sales options designed to simplify studio work. We discussed its potential to reshape how we market, sell, and fulfill pictures. Additionally, the cloud-sync feature in hhschools, designed for storing and accessing hhschools projects from the cloud, provides flexibility in project processing, enabling collaboration beyond four walls.

Our awards gala celebrated achievements, highlighting new members, top-growing businesses, studios with top sales, rising newcomers, and legacy achievements within the total schools+sports community. We’re humbled by the positive feedback from attendees.
