As part of this update, all users will need to create a new username (using your email address) and password.
We expect this 3-step process to go quickly and smoothly, but we wanted to tell you ahead of time so you can plan for taking a few minutes to update your H&H website sign-in on Tuesday, April 8.
We will have extended customer service phone support that day to ensure a smooth transition for you.

How to create a new sign-in:
After the scheduled maintenance update on Tuesday morning, April 8, 2025, you’ll see a new H&H website sign-in page with instructions on how to set up your new credentials to replace your existing sign-in. Once you create a new sign-in, your old one will no longer work.
Your new sign-in will be used for:
- hhcolorlab.com
- Velocity ordering
- Web ordering
- hhschools
- hi-res preload use
- cloud sync access
- licensed features use
(hhimagehost will continue to maintain its separate sign-in at this time.)
For security and ease of access, we recommend that each team member in your company have their own unique sign-in.
