Our USPS ship-to-home service for school and sports now offers tracking, allowing your customers to personally track your shipments to them without having to contact you. Whether you are looking to save time, money, or improve efficiency, this will provide a new level of service and communication to your customers that they will appreciate and thank you for.
Here are a few important details when you are ready to start using our new ship-to-home with tracking service:
- All ship-to-home orders are sent USPS First-Class Mail. (this is the only USPS service available with tracking).
- You will need to provide a return address that be printed on each mailer.
- Plaques, mugs, and water bottles are not eligible for ship-to-home with tracking; therefore, they will need to be excluded from your package offering.
- A shipping notification email from USPS will be automatically sent to your customer.
- Shipments can be tracked from your studio via Subject Order Lookup.
