School and Sports Photographers – Do you use hhimagehost? We recently released an update to hhimagehost. The main update in this release is to give consumers a secure and automated way to retrieve their access codes without having to call your office. This feature only is available if:
- The event needs an access code (proof or 2nd sale)
- Marketing is enabled
If both of those things are true, then when the user clicks “Send Access Code”, it will use the email entered in the login to check for a match in any of the marketing lists for that event (prospect, lead, buyer), and will send an email to that email address (like a forgot password recovery process).
- If there is a matching email in marketing for that event, then the consumer will get an email with their access code(s).
- If there is not a matching email, then the consumer will get an email saying we could not find a match and to reply with additional info on who they are trying to access.
Any reply to either of those emails goes to the studio email address on file.
Like any feature in hhih, you should try it for yourself, so you can get a taste of what your customers will experience.
