As supply chain issues continue to be a factor in manufacturing, at H&H we work to stay on top of the supplies we need to produce the products you want. Frames are one of those products that have been affected by interrupted and slow supply chains.
We want to give you updates on what we foresee in the near future and what we are doing to continue to offer a reliable, diverse and quality selection of frames for your clients in 2022.
We are…
- reviewing and curating our frames to retire some of the collections that are older and not as popular.
- retiring some frames from manufacturers who have been unable to provide the stability in product we need.
- adding new and updated frames from different manufacturers who can provide a stronger and more reliable supply source. But new frame selections will only be added as we feel the supply and availability will be stable enough for you to be secure in offering these selections to your clients.
- keeping some of our most popular groupings. But, unfortunately will have to wait a little longer for those popular frames that are temporarily out of stock. We know we will eventually get them, but cannot predict when they will be available. Some may take weeks, others up to several more months.
- trying to provide better communication on our website as frame inventory becomes low or temporarily out of stock.
We offer a quality framing program. We do not stock large inventory of pre-sized frames. Because our frames are custom made just for your order, here are a few tips that may help.
- We will update and communicate low stock and temporarily out of stock collections on our website.
- Check the H&H website for the most up-to-date frame availability and color selections before each sales session with your clients. Third party sites may run behind in updates, so for the most accurate and timely information, it is best to check our site.
- Once a frame is selected, order it as soon as possible. Our frames are popular and can move quickly.
- Call customer service with any questions or if you need help selecting an alternate frame choice.
- Whether supply chains are interrupted, or in normal times, frames cannot be guaranteed to always match exactly. Over time, different dye lots, finishes and other natural factors, may slightly change the color and appearance of a frame molding. When ordering frames where the goal is to exactly match previously ordered frames that will hang on the same wall, it is best to contact customer service and ask for a current frame molding sample.
